Some nutritionists even go as far and call oily fish, such as salmon, mackerel and sardines, a superfood. What’s good in it you ask? Well, there is plenty of vitamin D, some vitamin B and protein – but there is more. Oily fish has omega-3 fatty acids – which is a particular type of fat that is extremely healthy. Try to keep the percentage of veggies up at around 70% – there is still room for some meat in your daily diet. If you are really do need a lot of meat, then try at least to buy organic ones. As there is a huge variety of vegetables available, you surely won’t be bored by what is on offer.

Coconut oil has a unique combination of fatty acids that your body doesn’t really get from anywhere else. Try to consume about 1-2 tablespoons every day. This one doesn’t harm anyone. Keeping your vitamin intake high is extremely important, has may benefits and will give you enough strength for your day. Keep hydrated as much as you can. One really can’t mention this point often enough. Besides keeping your blood circulated, it also keeps your skins healthy. As the skin is constantly exposed to the haze, you have to do your best to keep your skin healthy. It also improves the entire circulation in your body. Keep the water intake high and haze out of your system.
