Ingredients for 2 people:
– 1.5 kg tomatoes
– 1 large cucumber
– 1 onion
– 2 red bell peppers
– 1 jalapeño
– 1/3 cup of sherry vinegar
– 1/3 cup of olive oil
– salt and pepper
1. Peel the onion, wash all the vegetables and peel the cucumber if necessary.
2. Chope the vegetables – any form and shape that is convenient.
3. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and puree them until smooth. Alternatively you can blend all ingredients in the mixer until smooth.
